TuCows	Lots of good stuff here. Their new "User friendly" pages are not very... But they have access to almost anything that you want in the way of web software. Their rating system is simple, just look for something with 5 gold cows and it will be the best available.
Java Soft	Development tools and some interesting Java Beans that actually make sense.
